Pure IT — Battery kit not delivered even after one week

Hi, I am Nagaraj AV, Mobile No.[protected]. I had ordered a Battery replacement, 2 mesh and 1 brown colour tap on 14.11.2008 and even today (21.11.2008 after one week), your people are yet to give me the above ordered items.
REGRET VERY MUCH TO MENTION THAT ALL YOUR CUSTOMER CARE Department staff do not take anything seriously and always give false promises. If stocks are not available, they should intimate the customer that stocks are not available and will be delivered on a particular date. But always, the standard reply we hear from your staff is that - it would be delivered today. Don't know when the TODAY will come. I think I need not mention the name of the staff here.
Only GOD only knows when Customer Service in Hindustan Unilver will improve !!!

Pureit customer care people or the worst people i ever experinced even after one month still they didnt delivery me the Battery Kit, I called them for several time, always they book complaint. But the not even borethed about our complaints. They only target to new Pureit. I told all my friends to not buy Pureit.

THIS IS SANTOSH OUR CUSTOMER ID [protected] WE HAVE BOOKED BATRY KIT DATED 11-06-09 AS PER PURE IT RECORD BUT TODAY IS 18-06-09 IS GOING ON BUT BATRY KIT NOT PROVIDE BY COMPANY TODAY MORNING I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE AND EXECUTIVE SAY, SIR YOUR COMPLAIN REGISTRED OUR TEAM WILL PROVIDE KIT IN 3 DAYS WORKING HOUR.

Don't buy pureit.. they don't replace the battery in two week.

SIR, i am Sanjay kumar Tiwari actually i have ordered my product hindustan unilever pure it GKB dated 17, July, 2010 order no.-S10/DL[protected] on i want to replace it quikly many time i book my order and many time call from pure in helpline but no any feedback from your side i booke my order 32 days before now what happen due to this late service my family drink unfiltered water and i am already servive in stomach pain since 1 year
