[Resolved]  Pure It- Hul — Quality of Water and Battery

This is my 2nd complaint in the month and about 4- 5 complaints in last 4 months, all these complaint were raised on the Pure-it website.
In 4 months you have not resolved the issue. You have also not contacted me as promissed.

My last complaint was on 11th Feb and other were in the month of October 2012. I am tired of writting or explaining the same thing again and again.

In short, the battery was still not completely RED and it was giving impure water in October or which I raised a complained, A person from your dealer who does not know anything came and had the only suggestion that I should change the battery kit, he did not understand my complaint or question of " why the water is impure evenr if the batter is still not completely red" ? " What is the guarantee that the new battery kit will be 100% and it will not give the same Problem ? For this visit he also charged Rs.50

After this I got a call after a week asking is the issue resolved, I told this person that its still not resolved and the person who visited only knows to replace battery nothing else. This person who called told me that someone who is senior and technical will call me about this.

This was 4 months ago and I am surprised to see that everyone is still sleeping after so many complaints.

Is this HUL?

I want this to be escalated to the highest level and if now I do not get a response I will not be affraid to go to Consumer Court.

Amazing, I have already submitted my conplaint twice on your website http://www.pureitwater.com. You people do not even give a complaint or a Ticket number for reference, people have to type all over again. And there is not reply even after 2 complaints.

No, it was not resolved and I decided not to take risk with my and family's health so I bundled that junk and is still lying at home. If u so much care for customer replace it or refund the amount.
