[Resolved] Pure It (Hul) — defective "USB IT"drive | |||
Hi, I,purchased (from newdelhi,khanpur) a pure it device (RPB[protected])on 10th-Mar-10,but after one/two month i observed that the instrument is not purifying properly,i saw the clhorine particles are flowtting on the top of the water level in the safe water chamber.then i called up the customer care 0n 2nd july they lodge a complain (complain # C[protected] and said that our expert will visit within next 48 hours.from that day i am waiting for their expert.this shows that, what kind of service these people are providing after sale.now i want the reason why complain is not entertained till today.this kind of service is really unexpected from such a reknowned company like HUL.this was my 1st exeperience about this product i.e"PURE IT".now i am waiting for a favourable responce.
