[Resolved] Pure IT — false claims | |||
I had bought a pureit water filter in Feb 2010. This stopped filtering the water in 15 days. After I complained, a person came over and got me to change the filter and charged me Rs. 55. Then the filter worked for another 1 month. After this it started giving dirty water. I complained to the company and told them that I wanted to claim the 1 crore rs. they were offering but they told me that the life of the battery was over and i had to replace the battery which would cost me another Rs. 500. I want to ask the company how it can claim that the Rs. 1 crore has not been claimed. I would like to get the money and stop them from conning the people Was this information helpful? | |||
