Dear Sir The local dealers of Pureit Germ Kill Battery at Perambur, Chennai offering poor service. Ordered for Pureit GKB on 17 May2013 with Ref No RFS/2887226. But the order has NOT YET BEEN DELIVERED. Called up Pureit National Helpline Number[protected] to check the status. The customer care executive after verifying the order said the status shows it has been "DELIVERED". Irresponsible dealers spoiling the brand name of HUL. Please do the needful.
