[Resolved]  Pure IT — poor post sales service and failure in product service along with false promise

I am Dr Sanjeev T Patil from Aurangabad (Maharashtra) I had purchaced Pureit water purifire about 9 months ago ,as per company indication i changed its Germ Kill Kit it was working Ok till last week but as it had started leaking immediately taken discision for a service call to companys toll free no.[protected] on 16th June 2013 at morning 9.30 AM .Company telecallar admitted my complaint and given me Customer ID
[protected],Complaint booked with No as RFS/2999101 under "Pureit Promise" of service within 72 hrs,and if company fails to do so in 72 hours i will get a Germ kill Kit free,and i had recieved 3 SMS about the complaint ,offer, local service center details no[protected] .Keeping full faith on company and the service center i had been awaited for more than 72 hrs there was no call/message about resion of service failure. I had called up again company helpline , yet i have not recived service ,and after calling up to servive center I have to pay full charges of service as well as cost of Germ kill Kit.This is companys false promise and creating false image building activity among people,the can be settled by helping process of positiong dis mental and fitting ,changing kits and after that approach to the service center ,selling the parts or kits at market rate by company itself should be an offence,toll free no.s calling also costs as per TRI's STD rates to the callers making loss to the customer.I am even not knowing about the service personal visit to my house when it will be and whether it is really help me after making loss of my time and money.

Pure It — Non provision of after sale service

Sir,
I purchased one pure it water purifier from M/s Safe Water zone, Kirti Nagar, New Delhi on 18.05.2006. Iwas informed that full life free service of the product will be provided commencing from twenty five days from the date of purchase. As no one came to service the product, I tried to contact the supplier but could not get through him as continuously the phone was switched off. I complained at your no. [protected] and the response was good. Some worker from some other agency came and serviced the product. My worry is if I have to give a ring all the time eveymonth or someone from the company will come on his own after one month as is required? I request that the supplier be asked to do the needful on his own and they shiuld not forget after selling the product as this gives bad publicity to the Co. My customer ID no. is [protected]. I hope the necessary instuctions will be issued to the supplier.

I have lodged complaint for replacement of filter mesh and battery 3 months back. Inspite of many reminders they didnot respond. The service is pathetic.

I am resident of flat no-39, Balbinder apartments, Mayur Bagh cooperative society, Block A-6, Paschim Vihar, Delhi.

There are red ants in pureit on filter and even are in filtered water tank.I am seeking a person to bve visited and recitified the complaint .I had dialled call center on 8th june'09 in evening.From that day to till yesterday no one has visited at my residence.Every one exe. based at call center assuring me that we will treat your complaint on urgent basis and some one will visit to my residence as soon as possible which they means with in 12 hours.
Despite so many calls to your center one exe. visited today and he said he is helpless to remove the ants /servicing our filter.Moreover he said i am unable to understand from where they(red ants) are entering into it.
If there is any gap only then insects can enter in this filter and service exe. is unable to resolve the same.

Requesting you that kindlyb resolve this at the earliest .

Pure It — poor service and product

im really disappointed with the product and the company..nobody can even imagine tat how can a reputed company like hindustan lever can challenge people on national tv to use a product like purit...the average cost of maintainance of purit seems to b higher than its purchase price..each time u try to clean the vessel, leakage starts..battery purifying capacity of 1500 litres is a sham and when we try calling for its service, the concerned people are just busy jotting down the complaints but they dnt turn up for follow up..we are wasting our time, money and energy again n again..its been 3 days tat we'v been calling them for sevice but they have not turned up and each time wev been served with crap...its a shame man..

I,purchased (from newdelhi,khanpur) a pure it device (RPB[protected])on 10th-Mar-10,but after one/two month i observed that the instrument is not purifying properly,i saw the clhorine particles are flowtting on the top of the water level in the safe water chamber.then i called up the customer care 0n 2nd july they lodge a complain (complain # C[protected] and said that our expert will visit within next 48 hours.from that day i am waiting for their expert.this shows that, what kind of service these people are providing after sale.now i want the reason why complain is not entertained till today.this kind of service is really unexpected from such a reknowned company like HUL.

Again i complaint on the cus.care no (complain # C[protected] and they said that our expert will visit and he will clear all ur problem.when he came he told that the battery is red and its expired but the reality is the battery is just partialy red and the water flowing is also going on.he said u have to change the battery but thats chargable,so i[censored] want to buy then buy it or i can't help u and i am only selling the kit or else u have write a application to the pure it office they will do it for free.and that person does't know what he has to do?he just clean it up and said that its done.but the problem is remains like the earlier one i.e the chlorine particles stiil there.then after few days i rcvd a sms that "dear customer ur comp# C[protected] has been attended" but my ques.is what was the solution.so kindly send this mail to higher authority of this company and don't make fool to the customers.the service realy poor and the expert are all illiterate and uneducated and untrainend.so now finally i am waiting for the solution of this kind of problem.if i am spending Rs.2000 for safe water and i am getting contaminated water and water with full of chlorine then whats the point to buy a PURE IT?now i need a device which can purify perfectly and i am waiting for the solution asap.the cust cre are just recieving the complain and without doing the practical solution they just solve it him self.it should be in written that the customer is satishfied or not.so now i am waiting for a final solution.

Pure it — service

We are using the Pure it since july 2010. . We tried calling up the Pure It helpline number but nobody turned back to receive our call/complaint. Please do the needful.my customer id is [protected]
before lauching a product you should have a good customer service desk .people are attending the call but there IQ level is zero .All the companys in india are take there customer for a good ride but with Hindustan lever name tag you get false desire. so i am soory my mistake of thinking positive

Pure It — VERY POOR SERVICE SHOULD BANNED THE PRODUCT

I HAVE LOGGED THE COMPLIANT FOR INSTALLATION OF PURIT BUT SINCE LAST 3 DAYS NO ONE HAS COME TO ATTEND AND EVEN THEY SEND ME 2 TIMES MESSAGE THAT MY COMPLIANT HAS BEEN RESLOVED. ITS FAKE COMPANY AND IT SHOULD BANDED OF SELLILNG THEIIR PRODUCT INTO THE MARKET.

MY COMPLIANT NUMBER IS[protected] AND MY CUSTOMER ID IS [protected].
I have ordered for a replacement of the entire unit as such the old one was manufactured in substandard materials. They taken the order on 17th April2011 and they replaced within in a day but still iam struggling for that.Every day the Customer care person replying that the unit will be replaced in the same day, because of that we are unable to move from the hose. Are you think this is the best service and suddendly increased the battery kit price and shorten the life.
