[Resolved] Pure IT — Unsatisfactory service | |||
Hi This is regarding unsatisfactory sevice of Pure IT.They will log the complaint and evry time when I call to chase for an engineer they says the engineer will come in three working days.20 days are over but still no engineer has arrived.I'll advice everyone "Please dont go for Pure IT ".The water tastes so bad after changing the germkill kit even u cant smell and drink.This is worst experince with this company.This company has no committment of services. due to defect in pure it purifier it is unable to filter the water, i called the employer of the pure it service he told that he will refer us in 24 hours but he is not. 10 to 15 times i called him again and again neither he is picking up my call nor he is coming to home. due to this we are facing lot of problem for drinking water i request the company holders to take hte action against them by recurring thier salary or dismis their employement. i did not see such a worst service till this date.
