WE PURCHASED PURE IT OF HINDUSTAN LEVER WHICH PROCLAIMS THAT THE WATER WILL BE ABSOLUTELY PURE DEVOID OF ANY BACTERIAL INFECTION OR EXTRANEOUS SUBSTANCES. LAST WEEK, WE FOUND THE WATER COMPARTMENT FULL OF RED ANTS. ON CONTACTING THE COMPANY'S SERVICE PERSONNEL, THEY TRIED TO CONVINCE US THAT SUCH THINGS DO HAPPEN. THIS SEEMS TO BE AN UNACCEPTABLE EXPLANATION. THERE SEEMS TO BE A DESIGN ERROR OR THE PRODUCT DELIVERED TO US IS FAULTY. YOU ARE REQUESTED TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER & RESOLVE THE SAME.
