I registered a complaint( complaint#: [protected]) 2 days back regarding my Pureit purifier. The issue is that the water has stopped entering into the lower chamber from upper chamber. Its been around 6 months since we bought the purifier. The candle has become red. The service guy came to our place, replaced the kit and charged Rs.380 ( gave us no receipt) but the problem persists. He had absolutely no patience to see if the purifier is actually working . All he cared about was money. You spend 1000 bucks to buy a purifier and you get a service of this level. This is really very annoying.
