[Resolved] Pure It Water Filter — Battery replacement not made | |
I have made a call to customer care for Battery replacement on 27/05/2008 and was promised that the battery will be replace within 3 days. After 3 days made several call to Customer care and learnt that an Invoice is raised but there is no service person to deliver the battery. After continous calling I personally went to the Pure It office on 03/06/2008 in Tambaram and spoke to the people reagring the delay in the battery replacement. I was promised that on 04/06/2008 the battery will be replaced. Today after completely dejected by the service I'm getting trying my last attempt on logging a complain. And if doen't works then I have to go for some other product. This is the first time I'm facing such problems and service perople are least botheres on the need for the battery replacement.
