Pure it, purification system has been purchased vide invoice no: IS08/JBP[protected], dtd. 06.12.08, Customer ID - [protected]. From last six days we are calling on help line no at MP:[protected] for replacement of bettery kit, but is it showing constantly engagaed & hence not able to contacted. On 24th June'09 we had contacted Pankaj Agencies, from where we had given delivery of the machine. Mr. Anil is giving assurance on the phone, but action is not taken till date. Now a days, due to the fully discharge of bettery & switched off the supply of water. Kindly arrange to replacement of battery kit ASAP. i'm using Pureit from 2005 onwards...
I have booked for Battery kit replacement on 16 May 09, but not get battery kit still now!!
Our family is suffering from Throat infection and allergy from past 2 weeks...
Your service was better in Chennai, but absolutely very poor in Coimbatore, why??
