Respected Sir, my customer id is [protected] I have complained about my battery kit problems at customer care helpline on 22/7/2010.They have promised me to resolve it within 24 to 48 hours. Inspite of repeated reminders there is still unsatisfactory response from the company & as such I am facing a lot of problems because of there irresponsible behaviour. i have a child who is 1 year old and he got ill because of drinking tap water instead of filtered water. this had happened just because of them because if they had turned up i time this wouldn't have happened....... so help me regarding this matter as soon as possible. thanking you Anil Chauhan Was this information helpful? | |||
