PLEASE REFRAIN FROM BUYING HINDUSTAN UNILEVER PRODUCTS AS THEIR RESPONSE TO CONSUMERS AFTER SALES WAS VERY POOR IN FACT ZERO. EVEN FOR SMALL ISSUES LIKE BATTERY CHANGE / TAP REPLACEMENT ETC. YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR ATLEAST 10 DAYS FOR THEM TO START RESPONDING OVER PHONE AND GOD ONLY KNOWS WHEN THEY ACTUALLY ATTEND TO THE PROBLEM. MOREOVER THE WAY THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPOND IS IRRITATING, SO GENERAL PUBLIC ARE HEREBY CAUTIONED NOT TO SUPPORT THEIR PRODUCTS ANYMORE. Was this information helpful? | |
