i've placed an order for a carbon kit for my pure it on may 24, 2008 at chennai office phone no[protected]. till date no response . whenever i asked about the status, i was replied that i will get today definitely, but till this time i didnt get it.ph. no [protected]. It has been over aweek that we'v called the pureit helpline to come and rectify the clumsy fitting of the changed parts of the purifier by a serviceman sent by the Pureit office.Our area is very suseptible to cholera and other water contamination related diseases and despite calling up no person is sent It is absolutely disgusting that a company like Hindustan lever hires such clumsy employees and also does'nt care for its costomers.We plan to complain against the company to consumer forum to help us out.
