I,Mr.V.Ravindra Naik had personally lodged complaint to your dealer, M/S N.V.chettiyar on 9th april regarding excess chlorination of water from pure it.Even after 10 days there was no response.So i contacted your help line on 19th April.The complaint has not yet rectified.
