Pureit Compact — Battery expired in two months | |||
Hi, I bought PUREIT COMPACT on 15th May and the battery expired in June itself, (we are a family of two) after making n number of complaints nobody turned up from the service centre and everytime after the call we recieve a message saying that your complaint is registered and will be recitfied soon. Last time when the complaint was made and was registered the executive called up and said that we do not have the battery available with us, please buy and fix it of your own. Can please anybody look into this case and solve our problem at earliest. We didnot buy PUREIT for drinking dirty water. My contact number is [protected], please feel free to contact me.
