[Resolved]  Pureit Marvella — Delay to solve existing complaint

This is continuation of complaint placed on Jan 23, 2012 regarding leakage and defective autostop function of pureit marvella. I was surprised by the sudden response from ur company after my compalint in the blog and thought my problem would be solved soon. Infact Im thankful that you responded to my problem. Now its like a routine that your service personnel visits my room everyday , but water leaks from different points after each repair.As per service in charge said almost all components inside is replaced and he is helpless,and the only solution is to replace the whole product.
Please tell me why does it leak still. Its ONE & & HALF MONTHS over since you are trying to solve this. How long should i wait. How long do you want the service personnel to visit my room??? Is this how u make ur customers suffer???
Pardon me but now if you say ur company is helpless too just send me your address so that i can send my water purifier ; you can just keep it in your hall of fame show case.

Thanks to the pureit team for resolving my marvella leakage problem.I really do appreciate your efforts to solve this matter and thanks to Mr.Prasad, Customer care, Bangalore who showed interest to visit my place and Mr. Vishwanath, Service in charge, Mangalore . For the time being its working perfectly and hope there wont be any probs ahead. Looking forward for ur quick response in case of any issues in future.

Dear sir i have a complaint about the pureit i booked the pureit by yours tollfree no [protected] at 9 th of Aug but today is 18 th of Aug but i did not received any phone call from company and not received yours demo after that made 4 calls but they did not wrote my any c om plaint so that is the cause i sending mail to coy .
