[Resolved] Pureit Marvella — Service- No Bills or Receipt for Filter Change | |||
I live in Vasco, Goa. I have been using PureIt Marvella for about 2 years now. While I admit that the service has improved over the last six months. I have to bring to your notice the fact that for the FOUR times I have replaced the filter. The service technician has NOT provided me with a receipt even once, using the pretext that he does not carry the receipt book with him. I wish to know if this is normal and whether the service technicians' aren't held accountable for failing to do so. Also, even though the price for the change of filter is Rs. 650/-, they have always demanded a minimum of Rs. 750/- the extra amount claimed to be service charges/ convenience charges. Today i.e. 01/05/2013 I got my filter replaced again and ur technician has charged me Rs. 800/- WHEN I ASKED HIM FOR A BILL/RECEIPT HE INFORMED ME THAT NONE OF THE TECHNICIANS HAVE BEEN PROVIDED WITH ANY BILL BOOKS/ RECEIPT BOOKS BY THEIR SUPERVISOR, IS THIS CORRECT? Please dont get me wrong, I like your product and I'm very happy with it. It is only the after sales service which has been sort of a let down. I will be happy if you can clarify this for me. OUR CUSTOMER ID:[protected], EVEN AFTER 4 DAYS NO PERSON TO ATTEND THE COMPLAINT.MY CONSUMPTION OF 4 LTS OF WATER EVERYDAY & APROX 3 MONTHS ONLY HAV PASSED & BATTERY HAS EXPIRED.HUL IS MAKING FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS & SUPPLYING SUB STANDARD PARTS/BATTERIES/APPLIANCES.NEEDS TO SERIOUSLY LOOKED IN FURTHER TAKING THE ISSUE AT HIGHER LEVEL.MY CONTACT NO[protected]

Pureit Marvella — water have sediments
I have purchased a pureit marvella from j block new alipur and it is not at all safety for its giving water having sediments.I deny their 1 crore safety challenge and give them the proof .Ihave complained more then 30 times in 7 months regarding this but theres no response.M from southcity garden kolkata 53.my contact no-[protected].A prompt action in this regard will be highly appreciated.
