Pureit Water Filter — lot of delay for replacing the battery
I called to the Customer care to replace the battery by calling to [protected].every time they are saying you will get the call from executive and they will replace, but i caleld them around 4 times but there is no response at all.
very bad service, this is not the first time, i am facing this problem 2nd time .
I am an old customer using Pureit.
Recently, the service provider / distributor of Germkill Kit of my area
i.e. Ghatkopar East has supplied me a kit wherein seal of the Battery's pack
was tampered with and half open. Its printed on the plastic cover that the seal
should be intact when delivered, else, do not buy. I tried to inform the delivery
person calling him on his cell but the reply was "aisa chalta hai" "wohi use karo
koi problem nahi hai" When I asked him to replace the same, he replied I can contact
any one and nothing will happen. That is when I had to register a complaint
with call center on the same day i.e. 16.12.2013. Since no one turned up, I
followed up with call center on 18.12.2013. On 19.12.2013 I got an SMS saying my
they could not trace my address so pl call back. They cud trace my address
for all these years incuding on 16.12.2013 (to deliver the kit) but not after I asked
for replacemant. Now I doubt the authenticity of the materials being delivered since
the last kit for 1500 Ltr lasted only three moths when our consumption is harldy 10 Ltr
per day. More so, for last 15 days, water from the top vessel takes 5/6 hours to get
thru the battery and lower chamber. Many carbon particles can be seen on the bottom
of middle vessel when we clean the same. All these lead to guess about Quality of
Kits being distributed / sold.

Pureit Water Filter — Impure water sediments
Time and again I had been complaining to the Company to look into the problem of dirty sediments settling at the bottom. I am regularly changing the Battery through their service centre.They acclaim that it is 100% safe to use the filtered water and the product is fetching a Rs.1 crore Challenge prize, being widely advertised in TV channels recently.Will the company wake up atleast now.
