[Resolved] PureIT Water Filter — worst services from Pureit Water Filter | |||
I am using pure it water filter 4 months, and their is always problem when the battery exhausts, I have made number of complaints for the replacement of the battery on date 08/07/2010. but still waiting for their response. problem is that they dont have any other customer care number or any other contact no where we ask for the battery or near by service center from we can buy the battery. I have called so many time to customer care and they said they will resolve with one day...i got alot of masssges.. as susch you are satisfied our services sent a massegs Y/N. but still problem is as it is. Request to all of them who is planning to purcahes this company, beware that kind of services. they cannt able to manage his customer. i am requesting please revert my money how much you can and take your product. ill go someone esle. Pureit Water Filter — Worst Customer Service
Worst Company and customer service I have ever seen. We bought PureIt. They delivered the product without invoice. When we asked for invoice they said within a day we'll provide the same. They didn't provide it till date. When we asked the sales personnel they behave very very badly by just shutting down the phone and customer care behave the same way. No response.
