[Resolved] PureIT Water Filter - Hindustan Unilever — Hygiene sense of service personnel | |||
Dear Sir, I am a user of your PUREIT water filter since the time you have launched the product. This is to bring to your knowledge that the service personnels who visit for the replacement of the Battery kit are not properly educated by your service centre. Every time they come for the replacement I request them to properly wash their hands before they start their work.They do not have the least sense of hygiene. Except for the first time when I got a replacement, they did not bother to do so even though I tell them to do so. This happened again recently on 27.5.2012 They waive it away casually. Water is very sensitive to germs and proper care should be taken before handling the filter. This I have pointed to you earlier also in February last but no action has been taken. It is a shame that Hindustan Unilever do not take care to this major health care side. My consumer ID is[protected] A response would be much appreciated.
