PureIT Water Purifier — your service

d/sir,
i hv purchased a purit water purifier from ur local reprsentetive in march. when i saw that kit is out of order made a request at ur cc no. for dlv of kit on 25.08.09. then i was socked to listen about somthing like ID no. which i was not having on my bill no.RPB05E0685257 given by ur representative, eventhough i asked them to deliver me the kit of rs. 510/= ;ur people confinme me to deliver within 2 days, i rcvd a call from one o[censored]r executive, he told me he will be coming on 27.08.09, till today neither i hv rcvd any call nor kit, this act o[censored]r service deptt. pesuading me to impure water for last 2-3 days, it may cause some harm to us, who will be held responsible for this;

SUBJECT : CLARIFICATION AND RECTIFICATION

DEAR SIR,

I AM A CUSTOMER OF YOUR PURIT WATER PURIFIER FROM THE INITIAL STAGE WHEN IT IS LAUNCHED IN INDIA. WE HAVE PURCHASED THIS PURIFIER BECAUSE THIS PRODUCT BELONGS TO PRESTIGIOUS COMPANY i.e. HINDUSTAN LIVER LIMITED. I BELONG TO HYDERABAD.

MY PROBLEM:

1.AS AND WHEN WE BOOK FOR CANDLE AND OTHER PARTS OF THIS EQUIPMENT, THE EXECUTIVES DO NOT GIVE CASH MEMO. WHICH CREATES A GREAT PROBLEM TO US .

2. SINCE NOVEMBER-09 WE ARE LODGING COMPLAINTS FOR RECTIFICATION OF MY TAP WHICH IS GIVING TROUBLE FROM THE DAY OF PURCHASING. BUT NO RESPONSE FROM YOUR END. I HAVE ALL MY COMPLAINTS NUMBERS.

MY HUMBLE REQUEST TO YOU TO RECTIFY MY PROBLEM AT THE EARLIEST. AND INSTRUCT THE CONCERNED TECHNICIANS TO PROVIDE BILL AS AND WHEN ANY PARTS OF WATER FILTER IS ISSUED TO ANY CUSTOMER.
