[Resolved] PureIT Water Purifier — asks more cost for battery replacement | |||
I have purchased one Pureit water purifier for the use of my house. Now it is time to replace the battery of the equipment. I have informed the customer care for buying a new battery and booked for it. Then Sms came that their customer service agent will meet us within 72 hrs and give him Rs.365/- only for its cost. After 72 hrs the service agent have contacted me in phone and said that I have to pay Rs.100/- as service charge along with the cost of the battery. I have denied and informed to customer care about this.But their answer was not satisfactory. Now the product is kept useless Was this information helpful? | |||
