I had bought 3 PVR-Naraina tickets sno.3659/2/7/01/000229, 000228, 000230 online. It was a late night show and we were already 20 minutes late for the movie, upon reaching the audi we found that some other people were sitting on our seats inspite of having booked ticket we had no where to sit as the hall was full. The person on our seat said that he was given the seat by the staff, the staff was not helpful either and could not get the seat vacant, after running around here and there for 20 minutes with our little children we were finally offered 2 seats and told that they would see what can be done during the intermission, but that was again not taken care...we were just asked to adjust. All our plan to watch the movie was ruined by your inefficient service, despite we paid for 3 tickets we just got 2 seats and had to sit with kids on our lap it was very inconvinient. I request you to please take necessary action and compensate for our tickets.
