I tried to book ticket for 3 on 28th December 2009 two times but the transaction failed both the time.
I received the refund for one transaction but another failed transaction was not refunded.
The details of transactions are given below:

I have attached screen shot of my PVR booking history also.
I have written several mails to the [protected]@pvrcinemas.com which is for online booking support but received no reply. I tried to call on the number provided on their website i.e[protected] but no body picks the phone.
Please help me getting the refund of second failed transaction.

Please be infoirmed that the refund process on the 2nd transaction has been initiated and the amount will be reflected in your account in 5 working days, excluding today.
