[Resolved] PVR Cinemas — Money taken from my account

I was trying to book 2 tickets through online for movie Kavalan on 21st of Jan Morning for the show on 22nd Jan 09.30 show. My amount 300 was taken taken from my account but ticket was not confirmed. Transcation reference is UBP/DEBIT/[protected]. i need my money 300 to be transferred back to my account. have attached the transactions details attached.

while online booking in PVR Cinemas Chennai
i sent mail to [protected]@pvrcinemas.com, [protected]@pvrcinemas.com

but no reply from them

yesterday 28.4.11, while booking ticket for movie THOR for 1.05.11 4.45 pm show, using SBI INTERNET BANKING, operation failed and Rs. 300 Debited from my account and ticket was not generated
