Account debited but no tickets !!
Same problem. I booked 3 tickets for Harry Potter & Deathly Hallows- Part 1 on 9 July, 2011.
However, after the payment was made it displayed 'Thank you for shopping with us but the transaction could not be processed'.
I was booking the tickets using HDFC Net Banking.
An amount of Rs. 825 has been deducted and no other message was displayed.
The reference nos as per my statement are:CCA11GCQF392-Avenues India Ltd and[protected].
Please refund the amount immediately. I have put a complaint at [protected]@pvrcinemas.com, [protected]@pvrcinemas.com.
The customer service should definitely improve for PVR esp when almost everything is processed online! Was this information helpful? |
