One of my transaction failed before booking these tickets on 12.11.10 but amount is not refunded till date.Kindly do needful in refunding the same in my account.Reference no showing in my bank account is CCA[protected]Avenues India Ltd /[protected].Neither anyone picking up customer support no. they have given on site[protected] nor replying the mail sent to [protected]@pvrcinemas.com

I had trasaction of 990/- for the booking of 6 tickets on 3/12/2010 in PVR cenema but ticket was not booked and money was debited from my account, till i hav not got back my money from PVR...
