Dear Concern,
On 21 Aug 2010 I was booking 7 tickets for "Peepli Live" movie in PVR Chandigarh.
The transaction failed as the session was over..ticket wasn’t confirmed but money was deducted from my HDFC account.
I booked the ticket again and Rs. 735.00 were debited twice from my account.
The failure message online booking was "Your tickets cannot be booked, If money has been debited from your account it will be refunded".
It’s been almost a month and I am still waiting for the refund. I have filed a complaint on their PVRSUPPORT but no reply received yet.

I escalated it with HDFC and they said
There are two order number cent[protected] cent[protected] amt 735 successfully processed and forwarded to the merchant on Aug 21,2010 and customer needs to get in touch with www.pvrcinemas.com.
I NEED MY MONEY BACK WITH COMPENSATION AS THE MONEY WAS LYING WITH YOU FROM LAST ONE MONTH
I am sending you the screen shot of my account because when I talk to PVRsupport they say the money was processed on 18th but I have not received any money as you can see in the screenshot.
It’s been more than a month now.
