[Resolved] Qrs Trivandrum / Whirlpool Fridge — Delivered Damaged product and NOT replaced even after a week
I bought a whirlpool fridge from QRS Trivandrum (Karamana Branch TIN [protected]) on 14/08/2010. Once the product reached my home
there is a big crack on inner side of the door and immediately reported this to branch very next day morning in person. They send a service guy for confirming this after a day. He recommend for the replacement of product. QRS agreed it and send the ball to service center for the new product.From that day on wards whenever we contacted the QRS branch, they are telling there is no vehicle available for send the new product and they are repeating the same whenever we we contacted them.
We bought this fridge by paying Re 1000 for additional 2 year garantee from QRS.
Its is really pathetic service from QRS karama branch, they never bother about the customer once product sent from their shop. And more over there is no use in paying more for the garantee which QRS is promising.
