My self Maulesh.R.Bhatt,a indian citizen wanted to get acknoledgement of post received by Incometax department,Bhavnagar.For the above said reason i have get posted my two application by R.P.A.D through indian postal services as on 26/07/2010.(ref.no.:RLAD-A-2740 & 2741) and paid Rs.38/- for each post.
On 28/07/2010, I have received the postal receipt postcard without stamp of the concered government department(Income tax) which is also called point of Delivery.When i asked postmaster Mr.N.B.KUNDARA regarding this he replied that it always comes like this,when i argued on this point then he simply told to meet concerned postman .so i asked the name of that postman concerned to delivry in that area then he replied that i dont know ,pls.check on second floor.
I found that he is not intrested to listen a complaint of a customer ,when i told the importance of that stamp for the further legal proceedings then also his attitude is so negative that we can not imagine a person designeted over there.
Without stamp receipt postcard is just like a useless sheet of a paper of me.I simply go to second floor and meet postman Mr.Dabhi and discuss the above matter then he replied that Incometax deparment always give acknowledgement of R.P.A.D,without stamp.When i forced him then he told me that our supeior Authority/Hirerchy is not taking any concrete action against them(incometax office).
he can forced to stamp the acknowledgement postcard ,but postmaster is not intrested to do that.
I have no option so i am doing this complaint,I just requested that postman to stamp on the same and give those two acknowledgement postcard to that postman.
Please do the needful towards the same.
