Post Office Registered item — Post office registered item to NORWAY
Sir, I have booked a small parcel: fgn-AIR-RLA RR[protected]N (The no is not visible as it is typed on the red colour postal emblom in the receipt). Counter No. 1 OP-COde AL addressed to : LIZANA DUOBIENE,5072, BERGEN, NORWAY. Wt 506 gms, Amt paid: 422 on 13.jan 2011. 09.11. That item has not yet been delivered till date. Kindly let me know when it will be delivered or where it is lying down.

THe RR number printed in the receipt is not readable as that is printed on the postal emblom(red colour) it appears to be fgn-AIR-RLA RR[protected]N. but all other informations given above are very correct so from the other inofrmation typed in the receipt the RR no can be located correctly from ur office copy.
radha — choked drainage system
poor drainage systemsir,
i am a resident of single B62A 1st fl storey vijay nagar delhi 9.infront of house the gutter is choked and dirty water is coming into the street.the residents here have to make arrangements privately by making payment and getting it cleaned.never has any MCD person come to clean the road or the gutter.it is unhealthy.thus i would like to request the officials to please look into it immediately and do the needful.

radha — misbehaviour on customers
In this state bank of india branch no one are giving respect and proper service to customers. those are very 'lazy' to work. They were not come at time and closing the counters before 4'o clock and branch manger also not giving any response to the customers. Any one ask about the service timings those are not responding. One clerk replied that we will not work. wat you can do? and also he giving answer that this bank is not for service and not for money transactions.. What you can do? Complaint anyone as you like? No one can do anything to me.. I complained to branch manager but he is waste fellow. He didn't give any response and went out.. Later we find him on road in office timmings.. The clerks in this branch were non giving poper responce to poor people also and also scolding them. The person in current account counter is eatting 'GUTKAS & PAN PARAGS' in duty. Please come and observe the bank you find what type of service they were giving.. Please take proper action
