Respected Sir, Myself is NaliniChauhan and I am a student from Himachal pradesh had train on 6 june, 2009 from Bangalore to Delhi ie..Karnataka Express.I had booked my ticket in 2AC tatkal in Karnataka Exp(Train NO.2627)and my PNR no.was[protected].The train was scheduled at 7:20pm.I lost my ticket and 2hours before the schedule timings i went to the same counter from where i have booked my tickects to take the duplicate of it.The head of the department named Mr.Rosh there asked me to pay 50% of money.Sir the chart sheet wasn't prepared till that time so how come he charged me so much i gave him 2338/- and asked him to give the ticket soon..but he didnot cooperate sir and i missed my train...He gave me ticket by 6:50pm and I had to travel so far to catch my train.I requested him alot but he didnot bother...after paying 7000/-i didnot reach home and when i went to him to refund me some amount atleast he ill-treated me and refused to help..Sir its a request to you please look into the matter and take some action against such person.
