[Resolved]  Railway Department — misbehaving of tte with passenger

hi my self karthic from chennai here i like to share some incident which was happened to me on 10/09/12 by railway tte, i took train ticket from chennai to guindy return ticket itself, when i was travelling and returning from guindy to chennai i did a very big mistake the ticket which i took in 2nd class, but i was travelling in 1 st class, un certainly special quad(tte) got inside in t.nagar for ticket checking tte asked me ticket which i showed to him, and he asked me anyone of my id card,suddenly he caught my hand and asked me come out for ticket checking, i took rs 220 and my id card from my pocket and went to his office,i went there and asked him why he treated me like this,even he didnt wear proper uniform or id card, so i asked his name and why his dress code was like this, he very rudely behaved with me and again he asked me 650rs for penalty, even though i paid that also i got receipt for that and i asked him about my id and 220rs which i gave previously, but he threatened me if i was standing there i took me to police st and he threw my id card outside,one of passenger who travelled with me he was a railway staff, he supported for me that tte mis behaved with that railway staff it self,
i donk think so what authority power railway dept has given tte, why they treated like this with passenger, pls take action if anyone railway higher authority who read this complaint i kindly request u
