Dear Sir,
My father was a pension holder of Eastern Railway. He was posted in Asansol division as Cabin Master.After retirement within one and half year he was expired by an accident. Then my mother was withdrawing the pension. Currently the pension amount is reduced from February, 2012. Please be informed my fathers pension was started just before 3 years only and as per my knowledge it will reduce after 7 year.
Could you please assist me how could I solve the issue, or where I have to go or whom I have to contact for the same. Request your urgent help for the same.

Regarding Pay scale — Reduction of pay scale
Hi Honourable Railway Minister,This is to bring to your notice that I am Sundaram.K, bearing employee number as 03864704. I was working as Server in VRR/SBC since April 1979 to May 2008. As the catering department is Privatised and closed. They moved all the employees serving their to different departments and they posted me to Electric Dept as Helper. Where as my payscale is reduced. Earlier my payscale was[protected] rightnow my scale is reduced to[protected]. As per the copy received from Divisional office bearing the No. B/P.677/II/Comml/Catg./Vol.II., It has been stated that everyone who have been moved from Catering department to Other department will be maintained the seniority. All the officials told us that the pay will remain the same. Where as now I find lot of difference in the payslip. Where their is reduction in the basic, HRA and other benefits.
Recently the Local shed in Bangalore was closed the employees working in that department was transfered to other depts with the same basic pay. Where as in our case, it is vice versa all the employees are posted to less basic pay.
I have been served for Railways for more than 30 years. Due to this reduction of payscale I have lot of queries and worried bout my pension and other benefits.
Note:
1)No top officials are ready to explain us about our benefits, career and growth.
2)When we recieved the letter from Divisional office stating regarding our movements and payscale. We questioned our managers where as they gave us the false promise stating that we would receive the same salary and payscale.
