Railway Ticket — TWICE AMOUNT DEBITED

I had booked tickets from Tuticorin to Bangalore on 5.04.2012 . But the railways had debited a sum of Rs. 182/- plus Rs.10
twice on 31.03.2012 at 13.36 hrs and 13.38 hrs. I want the refund from the railways.

the PNR NUMBER IS AS FOLLOWS:

PNR NO. [protected] TRAIN NO. 16731 FROM TUTICORIN TO BANGALORE

I would appreciate if you will please get the refund of one fair excess debited by the railways.
