Railways IRCTC — Refund not received since one year

My Name is Maneesh Singhvi.I have been waiting for my refund from IRCTC since one year.Every time i enquire they send me an email saying it is forwarded to the concerned department and you will receive the refund as soon as possible.I have recd.this email around 20 times but still i am waiting for my refund.
I am pasting the replies i have recd.from IRCTC.
Please let me know how will i get my refund.Or you take some action against it.



Dear Sir,
I am waiting to reply of the email below since so many days.It is really too long and i am surprised to note that Indian Railways ....who is considered to be much more efficient nowadays and a lot of people trust you and your services....have been unable to refund a small amount after so many reminders and emails...and i am just getting a reply that it is under process.
I do not think so that it takes such a long time to get the refund back for any other bookings or tkts booked on any other site.
THIS IS JUST RIDICULOUS.
IT IS REALLY A SHAME ON YOUR PART.
No body replies to our phone calls properly.
Why are you people testing our patience.There must be some limit.It has been almost a year now.
Who is looking into this matter.You must make a followup and give me refund as soon as possible.
I want my refund now ,otherwise i have book a complaint on your concerned department.
