Railways — Against TT (N0.441178)

Dear Sir,
Hare Krishna!
May Lord Krishna bless you and all!
I was travelling along with my two monk friends from Kharagpur to Delhi by Purusottam Express on 6th June 2010.
We were having confirmed ticket for Utkal Express on the same day but when we reached Kharagpur station we found Utkal Express is cancelled because of Gyaneshwari Express collision.
Immediately we cancelled our tickets and bought General tickets (No. C[protected] for Purusottam Express. We approached TT (No. 441178) to upgrade our general ticket to sleeper class.
He asked Rs. 500 hundred for each person means Rs. 1500 and also we paid for General Tickets is Rs.673. That means grant total we paid Rs.2173 for our Journey to Delhi.
And fortunately Mr. TT (No.441178) gave us reservation seats (S-10/69,70,72) because seats were available but gave bill only for Rs.520. and Rs.980 went to his pocket.
We requested that please give us bill for Rs.1500 otherwise give us back the Rs. 980.
He became angry to us and ignored us like dogs. We approached TT contactor, he suggested to make complain to New Delhi Station.
Next day we reached in New Delhi and found the head of the station and we explained everything to him.
After hearing Mr. Boss asked pay Rs.1000 to write complain here…
What is this everyone is thief here?
We are monk from some international spiritual society, and Indian TT dealing with Sadhu such a horrible way then what to speak of dealing with general populace.
Thus my humble request to your management to take a necessary step and please make feel everyone happy journey with Indian Railways.
