Train No. 12163 - PNR 8649061599 - Travel Date: 17-Apr-22
We travelled by II AC, however our experience was not good. We travel frequently in this same train, and wanted to register a complaint for long.
1. Stinking washrooms: The door between other compartments and AC are not shut, in spite of complaining to TTR he did not take any action. Very less water was available in wash room. Hence, had to manage with a really stinking wash room thoroughout the journey.
2. AC was not sufficient. It was switched OFF several times, hence it was comfortable for us.
3. Very important. The TTE who came in next day did not let us occupy our seat, inspite of our confirmed booking on seat 6. He said that 5 and 6 belongs to him and had to do lot of paper work. While we were reluctant, he asked us to occupy another seat, where passenger has left. He had very high attitude (I guess he boarded the duty in Andhra).
Please look into 3 issues and get this resolved to ensure customer experience is good.

Charging slots not working
Charging points was not working all over the coach DL1 in Tirupathi express 17487. Please kindly check into this. We are long journey travellers and it's very difficult to manage and all. Thank you:)

Train service
There are many issues in the train first of all the charching ports provided do not work for a long duration, they stop working within few minutes of request to turn them all by the way the passenger should not ask for ports to be on they should be on for whole duration of the journey.
Then 2nd problem is the hawkers keep on selling there goods after 12am when all passengers are sleeping they just shout out loud to sell their products
Then the hawkers selling tea create a mess in the pathway leaking the tea and there is no staff to clean that mess up.
Also the cooling of ac is not as aspected.

plz start local trains for bhiwandi from atleast thane
Plz start local trains and AC buses for bhiwandi from thane its very difficult to travel via st busses and sharing autos and cabs specially for female commuters and plz start as soon as possible and start best buses connectivity inspite of having a train station bhiwandi is still waiting to have local trains plz consider this as urgent appeal from thousands of travellers from bhiwandi who travel on a daily basis to there work and evryday there is a new chaos for st buses at for bhiwand from thane or kalyan plz do smthng for bhiwandi traveller

Pnr[protected] doj 24.09.18 cnb - ypr trn 15015 coach no. B-6. Display on platform showed b-6 is near to engine. At the time of arrival b-6 was found to be on the last of the train. I had to board the train with my wife, who is 73 years old and a heart patient as well as my 51-year old daughter (Handicapped) daughter in s-4 and i had to personally rush to get to b-6 but unfortunately the train started and had to somehow manage to board in a-1 and that too along with the luggage.
I reached b-6 and requested co-passenger to look after my luggage and intimate my arrival to tte. Train picked up the speed and i had to go back from b-6, 5, 4..1, a-1, a-2, a-3 and s-8, s-7, 6... S-4. Then i had to get my family back from s-4 coach to b-6 travelling right through about 13 coaches. I cannot explain the mental and physical torture i went through with my heart-patient wife and dependent (Handicapped) daughter and that too at this age. So much difficulty i had to face.
Now i request you to take immediate action against the concerned staff and initiate the action

pregnant female not allowed to travel in handicap compartment in 1st trimester
I am in my 2nd month of pregnancy and was travelling via handicap compartment.. I was about to get down a t malad station when a lady from behind spoke so rudely and pushed me saying come behind.. I told her mam i am also getting down at malad station.. She again pushed me and started yelling at me saying that she is a cancer patient... What right she had to touch me when i was politely talking to her...???
To add to the cake a lady constable who was standing right in front started yelling at me when i asked why did she touch me when i was talking to her... The police constable said you cannot travel in this compartment till the 9th month of pregnancy when i told her even i am pregnant and i was polite to the lady..
Where on earth is this justified that 1st three months of pregnancy which is so crucial are not just ignored... There is no mercy shown for the pregnant ladies who travel in peak hours??? How are they suppposed to travel in crowded compartments which poses greatest risk for both mother and child???
On top a police constable behaving so ruthlessly and not saying a word to the so called cancer patient who tried being violent with a pregnant lady???
Where is the justice???

behaviour of person working at cloak room at cstm

When we were keeping our luggage at the cloakroom at chatrapati shivaji maharaj terminus, on 29th november at around 5, the person working there was very rude and manner less. He had no respect and even though we were calm, for no reason he yelled at us and behaved very badly. Please take this into account and take action against this as we could not do anything at that time because we ad to keep our luggage and there was no one to complain about that.

I am traveling from Ajnii to pune by train no 11040 at SL9 (pnr no. [protected] on 02/10/2017. I seen many peoples enter SL coach without reservation ticket that's reason lot of crowded in SL coach and feel uncomfortable and unsafe. After every station crowd are increased.

without reservation people are getting inside the train

Hundreds of people without reservation were getting inside the train and not allowing the reserved people to step in.. Also the ticket checkers were not taking any actions against them and some of them were shouting back and mischiefing.
There are some female passengers which were suffering including me... I wanted the railway team should take strict action against the non reserved passengers

Smart card and AVTM

Railway Smart Card should be available every where like BSNL recharge coupon.
It should be free of charge or Rs.10/-. recharge available in all railway stations 24 hours through enquiry counter and also online recharge. The validity of card should be minimum 5 years . The AVTM should work 24 hours. Then only the purpose of AVTM fulfils. Now smart card issued in 10am-5pm only through reservation supervisor. I have been trying to get a smatcard for the last one year from Kottayam and Kannur stations in Kerala when I visit these stations but I didnt get(card not available or out of office time ). Since 2 weeks I heard the aouncement of smart card in Kannur station but when and where it is available not).Also for handicapped persons who cannot walk should provide facilities for crossing railway track.

I have contacted IRCTC as well as Northern Railways deptt.Both are blaming each other leavng me in confusion and my money approx 5000/- is stuck with railways/IRCTC for no fault of mine.

My parcel not delivered
Respected Sir,
I have sent parcel of two plastic bags which is 87 kgs clothes worth of
Rs 50, 000 from Dindugul station (DG) to Balharshah station (BPQ) on Aug 07,
2015. Receipt no. R.827618. By Navyug Express train no. 16787. But Balharshah
station parcel office didn't attend the train and also guard of the train
ignored that parcel finally it passed and went it to Jammu thavi. It came
back time also parcel wasn't gotten down in Balharshah station. Again it
went to Thirunelveli station.
Finally I gave reported to Nagpur commercial cell on 21/8/15. Again
reported to Balharshah station manager on 25/8/15. Even though they are not
giving correct information about my parcel.

About canceled ticket refund

I am take a ticket jbp to cst, in date 12/08/2015 (train name garib rath, trai no, 12187).But train have been cancelled that date . When i know about train cancelled then, i am cancelled my ticket, then railway charge me (220rs).And pay rupee 655rs, but my reservation ticket charge was 875rs.

Hi Sir/Madam,
This is in Reference to, Train No: 19715, originating from BKI to Lucknow. I was informed by customer care that incase tickets are not confirmed amount would be refunded. Out of 3 Tickets booked on same PNR No.[protected], 1 Ticket was RAC (B1, 55) and other 2 were waiting W 1, W 2 and did not get confirmed. I have been following up with customer care and would not get satisfactory answer, request to do needful for the same. I’m looking forward for the refunds of amount of waiting seats as passenger did not travel as it was E-Ticketing and Tickets get cancelled automatically if the tickets are not confirmed. Only the Passenger with RAC has Travelled so why im not getting Refund of other two Tickets.
Request to do needful or else I need to register complain in consumer forum.

PENALTY TAKEN BY TTE WITHOUT ANY RECEIPT ON15.05.2015

On the 14th May 2015 I booked two tickets of tatkal through on line under IRCTC vide PNR NO[protected] for Train No 12301, Class 3A(Kolkata Rajdhani) for journey from Howrah to New Delhi, IRCTC then and then realised Rs.4916.19 vide txn No.[protected] for the journey of 15/05/2015 at 16.55.Although I am 61 years old yet there was no concession.But in the online site displayed your transaction has been done successfully but there was no sign of waiting list..On the journey date we searched in the reservation chart that there were no names o[censored]s. We went to enquiry counter but did not reply suitable solution. Since we have urgent work and my son had to sit for the exam. and finding no other means we availed the train and seeking for the TTE. We showed him all the papers but he did not payany to our word and told either give Rs.8200/=as fine or get down from the train.Since it was urgent work so gave him Rs.8200/- and twinkling of an eye the said person vanished from the spot and did not find him any more and could not realise any receipt from the TTE.
This is the scenario of Indian people and our Prime Minister is seeking here and there 'MON KEE BAAT', SWACHHA BHARAT etc.But what is the result?Result is O(ZERO)
In view of the above and considering the genuine cause please look into the matter seriously.

A false message is delivered to my mobile that our train i.e. kalka mail express was cancelled but the train is ongoing and for that message we have to cancel our reservation . it was a huge suffering . and now we cannot get reservation on that train . we are in big trouble please my humble request is to confirm our AC 3 tier reservation .

SIR, I tryied to make ticket through irctc on line e-ticket tatlak system. I fiiled up all application form and at time on 9.59 am . I clicked on sleeper class at 9.59 a.m. then 30-40 second arroun moving and came to result wait 34 . It is how can possible to 122 seat booked in 30-40 second.

BIKE MISSING BOOKED BY RAILWAY PARCEL FROM GUWAHATI RLY STN

I am an Air Force personal and I had booked my bike hero honda splendar colour black, against my journey ticket (Ticket booking ), on 23 Feb 15 from Guwahati railway Stn to Siwan Jn (Bihar) with TR NO -15651 (LOHIT EXP), BIKE was loaded on (LOHIT EXP) on same day but IN Siwan JN could not be off loaded at Siwan Jn due to door was looked . daily delay of train Train no: 12705

Today my parents coming from vijayawada to secunderabad. it reached vijayawada at 6:20PM instead of 3:45PM. They are very old ., it find very difficult to find the bus or auto at that time by reaching secunderabad at 12AM more than 2 hours delay. Hopeless train.

less amount of ticket refund

I have booked my ticket for travel agra fort to allhabad on date 18/01/15 but I don't travel because train was too late approx 15 hour. I filed TRD but I receive less amount ( only 375 rs ) and cost of my ticket is 1520 rs.kindly refund my rest amount 1125 rs

Forgot suit bag in NZM JAN SHATABDI (12059) on 28 Jan 2015 at Mathura station
My brother was travelling from Kota to Mathura from 12059 / NZM JAN SHATABDI in D3 coach seat number 76 on 28/Jan/2015. He forgot his wedding suit (newly stitched coat pant) bag from train while getting down at Mathura railway station. This was very valuable for him. His contact number is [protected].
