RBS credit card — Late fees Cheque Handling Charge

Dear Sir,
This is with reference to my card no. [protected] on 26/8/2010 i droped a cheque of
Rs. 20,340/- as per your statement dated 12/8/2010 but by mistake on cheque i had mention 27/9/2010 which was one month ahead of that particular month. After 2 call to your customer care on 4/9/2010
i was informed for my mistake of wrong date i told him i would like to clear my total outstanding
so i requested him to give me cash back for 777 points as on that date & on sunday 5/4/2010
i deposited 19563/- i requested him that please do not deposit the cheque as i have clear my total outstanding.
He gave me reference no. for requesting from my side not to deposit the cheque &
Gave me reference no. [protected]
He also gave me reference no. [protected] for cash back points of 777 points

Then i received new statement on 12/9/2010 there i found that the executive has given
me cash back for 177 points only instead of 777 points & i was charged with Rs.527.44
for Finance charge retail for Rs. 527.44 i asked explanation for the same.
The executive gave me reference one for reverting back 600 point Ref No. [protected]
& Ref NO.[protected] for Finance charge

After few days when i called again i was informed that they have given me credit of balance 600
cash back points & for Finance charge i was given other ref no. [protected]
& was informed as per our system the said cheque will be deposited on 27/9/2010
i again requested for not depositing the same because as per my knowledge there is no
outstanding in the Account , The Executive told me to make stop payment of the cheque
& i did the same & said no need to deposit any payment on due date of 2/10/2010 as you have
credited with cash back of 600 & also of finance charges.

On receipt of statement dated 12/10/2010 i was charged with Rtn Cheque Handling fee Rs. 500/-
& Late fee Rs. 350/- I was given one more ref no. [protected] for the reversal of the same. & Ref No.[protected]

But today i was informed with no proper reply from your staff to pay this money Though it was not
proper assistance by your staff to me.

If on 4/4/2010 your executive could have advised me proper that as per system your cheque will be deposited on 27/9/2010 you can just make minimum payment on 5/9/2010 & let the cheque get clear & i would have saved my money.

Today by force from your executives i am dropping cheque of ICICI Bank Cheque No, 687207 for Rs. 1622.82 & requested your executive to close my Account Ref No.[protected]

I Strongly believe that 1622.82 is Extra mony i am charged because of Non Co-operation
of your Staff. I am requesting you to look in to this Matter & take action against your Weak staff.
If they would have assisted me properly i have saved this money.

We have spoken to your call centre more then 3 to 4 times but they are not in position to call back or clear our issue
Also we have spoken this to mr krashup sing with ref no[protected] and rani[protected]



03.01.11 bill outstanding rs 1653.23

Due date was 23.01.11

U got credit as cancellation of tickit on 11.01.11 rs 1484.00

Which is more then minimum amount
Then also you have charges rs 350.00+20.21+38.13 == 408.34

We request to pl give credit of this amount by reversing this charges
Also as our credit limit has been without intimate reduce ???
