Dear Sir,

I Manish aggarwal am holding ABN AMRO Credit card ( Card no. – [protected] ) from last 3years ( limit is Rs. 101000.00 )& maintaining all the norms & conditions satisfactorily. But this time when I issued my credit limit revised of Rs. 1500.00 only.

the credit limit revised by the CIBIL case no:[protected] dated on 14 may 2010.

So please the check my account and proffile to rigth information.

You are not alone dear friend. Apprantly there seems to be some consolidation happening with this bank. It is high time for you to switch over to other card provider . I have already closed my RBS card and got a new CITI card. I am loving it

same happened to me new limit 1500.00 old limit was 105000.00 i called them what is reason they i am not utilizing card well :p, now i think to cancel card since card with 1500 limit is absolutely useless .

RBS credit card — Harrasment with Finance charges

After the takeover of RBS from ABN AMRO, the service has been deteriorated to worst, I am a credit card holder 5425XXXX06XX8741 of RBS bank and inspite of several reminders my bills are being paid online without my concent, it resulted into payment to the same biller twice i.e.once through auto debit and second unware of the same I paid the bill manually. Inspite of several written requests they did not stop the bill payment and was repeatedly informed to call customer care, I also took the pain of calling customer care and informed they gave me a cancellation no.[protected] and the issue still remains the same. Inspite of all these they are not ready to accept the mistake and they continue to levy huge finance charges and I am purposefully not paying the finance charges because of no fault of mine. This is sheer harrasment for maintaining the credit card without any complaints from last 5 years. I request to take action against such credit card companies. I just lost all patience to talk to them.

Hi Team,

I am B.Satish Babu Holding an RBS creditcard [protected], I have a concern where i have been charged huge financial charges.

Every month my statement will get genereated on 15th and pay date depending on the month would be 3rd or 04th of the next month.
Till date i have been maitaining a clean record where I do the transactions every month and pay before the payment duedate, which will be reflecting in the records.

My August statement has an outstanding of 1953.45 which as per my knowledge i have not recived and I called RBS to find the Outstanding and got to know that the last month OS is due and including the unbilled its coming to 20000/-, then i have informed the executive that i dint have the statement due to which payment could not be made so request to reverse the Financial charges so that i can drop the cheque for 20000/- excluding the financial charges, then the excutive agreed and asked to drop the cheque for 20000/- and mark a mail to RBS..

After a week I called back the Phone support to findout the status i was told that the reversals have been declined and was charged with 750.80 as finacial charges.I was shocked to find 780.80/- for the outstanding of 1953.45. then I would like to speak to a supervisor, the supervisor was not ready to speak to me so arranged a call back. i had 2 missed calls after 2days, i was in office so couldnt pick the call, so called back the phone support, they have arranged a call back and till date have no response, then i have marked a mail on 29-sep, did not get any reply, so again called phone support the executive said will arrange a call with in 2hours but still cud not get the call till now.

I have recieved an Email from RBS on 06th of october with a one line about my concern stating that the ""Charges can not be reversed as the payment not recieved with in the duedate"" attaching the common script. I find my concern is no where addressed and i will again be charged with the financial charges for the delayed response..

I want a timely resolution and if not intrested please cancell my card and would linke to send a mass mailer to the entire WIPRO that this is the treatement which i am getting for maintaining such track record.

They cheated me like u guys. So i stopped paying balance dues... i dont know why they r running bank may be to cheat people like us...

RBS credit card — Credit Limit

I am Using This bank (ABN-AMRO)Credit Card from 2005, i never missed payments, and never paid late payment....Per month 35-40k ...and today i received message Credit Limit have revised to Rs.1500/-
Is this Bank in closing condition. Or what?
With this limit Rs.1500/- we can't fill car petrol also...Stupid management...stupid company...

I am using the ABN Amro Credit Card since 2008 which has been changed into RBS so called Royal Bank of Scotland, and early this month I have received sms that my credit limit has been revised to Rs 2500/-. With Rs. 2500 as my credit limit what I will do with this card, Travelling impossible even it won't fulfill petrol need for a month or can't be used to buy ration of the month. wrote many mails to in.[protected]@rbs.com but all in vain as the revert from them is an acknowledgemt mail repeating the same paragraph again and again.

YES ITS STUPIDITY OF THIS RBS. THIS HAPPENED WITH US ALSO.
ONCE WE DRAGGED THEM TO CONSUMER COURT IN HYDERABAD AND GOT RS 5000/- AS COMPENSATION FOR HARASSMENT.
