RBS credit card — fake commitments made by bank by phone

i m using a credit card of your bank....i always make d payment 10-15 before the due date...this time also i made the payment 15 days berfore the due date ....the check was collected by your bank the same day but due to image not clear my bank didnt accept twice....my due date came closer then ur bank by phone officer told me to deposit cash in any o[censored]r branch...he told me that the bank will charge you rs 75 and then will give uyou the waiver...but now they are rrefusing to give me the waiver....
So, please let me know is my fault ?????

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have logged a request for NOC Letter of my Credit Card ( [protected] : SUNIL KOTIYA) on 13/10/2010 at 10 AM.
I requested for softcopy and hardcopy of NOC letter, which have to submitted against my home loan request on urgent basis.
RBS Customer care executive promised me to deliver soft copy with in 24 hours on my mail id sunil.[protected]@gmail.com and hard copy in 7 Day on my
home address RZ-C 18 sanjay enclave uttam nagar, New Delhi.

But I did't receive the softcopy in 24 hrs then I called again in customer care, they now told me that soft copy process takes 48 hrs. again I called them
after next 48 hrs, now customer care told me that this process takes 72 hrs.

Every time RBS credit card department increasing the delivery time by 24 hrs.

Now I am requesting senior members of credit cards dept to help me for processing my request on priority basis and delivery soft copy of NOC today itself its urgent.
