Request: Still Annual Bonus Not Transfered to my Bank Account.

I am B.Kiran Kumar having RCM Card No : 10854326, Annual Bonus is Still Not Yet Transfered to my Account.Most of the Pepole got Amount.Can You tell me the Reason for Not Transfered.Please kindly reply to this mail as sson as possible.
