sir, one of my downliner faceing lots of problem in jamshedpur(jharkhand)since 4 month due to unaviablity in shop, when ever they go to the shop to purchese nothing is avilable in the shop, regarding the same they have spoken to the shopkeeper-the shopkeeper said we have stop taking prior booking, even after given prior order they do not do anything towards customer side so, help us.

ABOUT ONE AND HALF MONTHS AGO I HAD BOUGHT A PAIR OF SHOES FROM YOUR KONDWA OUTLET --

AS SUCH WE ARE SORRY TO ADVISE THAT BOTH SHOE BROKE OPEN FROM SIDES - WITHIN A MONTH AND ON TOP OF IT

THE PERSON CONCERNED IS NEITHER WILLING TO COMPENSATE NOR WILLING NOTE THE GRIEVANCES --
