RCOM — Bill Payment

Hi Team, My name is Dean john and i am from Kerala, i have a reliance postpaid connection with number [protected] , i have paid the bill for the august month cycle today morning. but unfortunately i have paid 5311 instead of 531. My actual bill was 531 but i paid almost 4800 rs extra. is there any possible ways to refund that money? .i have checked with the bank and they updated like they wont be able to revert the transaction as the amount was credited to the beneficiary(RCOM) account. i have made transaction via online using my ICICI Debit card..Please reply
