[Resolved]  RechargeItNow.com — Refund

I had recharged my idea prepaid mobile no.[protected] through rechargeitnow.com on 31/12/09 for Rs.50/-. When I made the recharge first time with my BOI Net Banking Account, it told that "payment was not successful", but the amount got debited from my account. So, tried to recharge it again with Rs.50/- and my account got recharged, but again Rs.50/- got debited in my account. The first transaction's Cyber Rec. No. is StUBP-1066980/Idea Recharge (Unsuccessful Recharge) & the second one is StUBP-1066983/Idea Recharge (Successful one, which was showing in my account with rechargeitnow.com). When I enquired about the same with my Bank, they informed me to contact rechargeitnow.com for the same. So, please let me know what is to be done in this matter to take refund of Rs.50/-. I have already complained the same with idea also and the feedback is awaited. The worst thing happened to me is that, after sending mails to rechargeitnow.com regarding this matter, they blocked my account with them and now I am unable to login into the account.

request you to please cross check with your bank for the refund of the amount of your first transaction, as there is only one transaction at our end and this is a successful transaction details for the same are provided below for your information:-

I confirmed in my earlier comment that the second transaction of Rs.50/- was successful and about which you are saying that the transaction was successful. I have not yet received the refund of first transaction amounting Rs.50/- which I want to get refunded in my account. Unfortunately, the failed transaction details was not showing in my account with you at that time, but the amount got debited and now I am unable to login to my account with rechargeitnow.com. In spite of my several request to send new password, you are not sending any password to my e-mail id abhinesh.[protected]@gmail.com. Please reply me in this matter.
