This is to inform you that after a several contacts also my number has not been recharged with rs 100 where as my bank account has debited with the same amount. Now I want to refund the recharged amount to my respective bank account. Below are the details for your reference.
This in spite I have not got any response from your end. The service being pathetic and harassing for me. I need this to be done immediately failing which I will be putting forward my complaint to the consumer court. I will be waiting till tomorrow morning 11A.M. This would be mail last mail requesting you to do it. Else face it in the court.

I recharged my phone on www.rechargeitnow.com on[protected] with a sum of 100 rupees and paid the amount to them through my debit card
(Order Id: R86220110c11).
The payment was successful, as 100 rupees was deduced from my account. After some time i received a mail from them which stated that recharge was successful, but no recharge was made.
I submit a 'support ticket' on their website(Track Id: [protected]) but still(14 days after recharge) neither the recharge is done nor i have got refund.

I am also pasting what they had sent me in the mail on 10 when i submit the support ticket. Here it goes...

1. Our customer service team will verify your transaction and process a refund/recharge at the earliest. This will normally take 2 working days (excluding Sundays & holidays). Please do not send a follow-up message before three days of logging your complaint.

2. In case we are unable to deliver a recharge due to a technical reason, a refund will be processed in 2 working days and a mail will be sent to you to confirm the same. Please take note that your bank may take another 4-7 working days to reflect a credit in your account. Kindly wait for 8 working days for this process to complete.

3. If you do not receive a satisfactory resolution within 8 days of transaction, you may escalate the ticket by choosing escalation option on our contact us page. Kindly note - an escalation request can only be logged 8 days post the transaction date. All escalation requests will be handled by a dedicated team, which will provide you a resolution within 2 working days.
