[Resolved] RechargeItNow.com / BSNL — no recharge | |||
sir, I am sivakumar from bangalore, recharged our BSNL mobile on 06/07/11 for Rs 280 from my citibank credit card . but there was no confirmation page or ID for the amount recharged. Then second time i recharged for 200. this time recharge successful (Tr Id[protected] message came. but no updation in mobile!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Then for both transaction i sent mail to "recharge it now.com" ([protected] &[protected] respectively). even today i checked my c card details. the money was not refunded back. pl do the needful sivakumar.b [protected]@rediffmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||

Make a Complaint by service provided in rechargeitnow, if no proceeding has been in 8 - 10 days then, again Make a complaint as a escalation in the same site, you can get your refund !
