RechargeItNow.com — No Refund for Failed Recharge | |||
I tried recharging a Vodafone number with Rs. 610 on 15th November 2010. Amount was deducted from my card but it shown recharge failure. I wonder why it failed. They should convey proper reason. As per refund policy, failed recharges are tried again after 2 days, if it fails again, refund is provided within 7 days. Any action is intimated by email. But there was no any email. I tried contacting them through Failed Recharge subject in Contact US on website. No reply from them ,except automated reply which said " There will be delay in response, due to Diwali". I wonder how Diwali could affect in delay, as recharge is done on 15th Nov, which is about a week after Diwali. Escalation on website is not allowing submission, I don't know why. Not replying is the worst thing. I want refund of 610 INR urgently. I will never use or recommend rechargeitnow.com henceforward. Many operators provide recharge from their official site now. I recharged my SUN DTH dated:[protected] but the recharge was unsuccesfull.The transaction details are

I repeatedly send my details for refund and till date they have not answered nor credited the amount to my account. It is not even allowing to escalate the matter.
Kindly help me to get the money back.
