[Resolved] Redbus — Boarding Point Change But No Proper Response when asked for | |||
I have booked a ticket through RedBus and my travel date was 15th of June. When i went to the boarding point the shutter was closed and no one was there. When i called the Sharma transport which i booked in they asked me to get the details from redbus regarding the new boarding point. When i called redbus again they are giving the same sharma transport number which i called just before. Both of them din't confirm me the new boarding point and finally i was forced to leave the bus. When i called the sharma transport next day they said they have intimated redbus about the new boarding point and they are not updating to the consumers. I then again called the RedBus and confirmed all the details and they accepted it's their fault and they asked me to draft a mail to their support team for refund of money. I mailed the complete story to them. They said they have done some escalation against the transport and they will do some analysis for 48 hrs and then they would respond. But i din't receive any response from them for almost 5 days. Then again i called and again they asked to mail to some other person and again i mailed. But no response. I don't know whether i would get my money back or not. I am really upset with RedBus for their worst response and the way of handling problems. If they don't have proper support team why do they need to run such a big agency wasting others (public people like me) money unnecessarily like dis. Was this information helpful? | |||

you are right, red bus service is very bed, even they don't admit. i have already bed experience with him.
